When is a booking final?
A booking is final after the schedule and exact venue are approved and the required payment step is completed or the Coach permits payment after the session.
Who arranges and pays for the venue?
The booking request states whether the Client provides the venue or requests Coach assistance. The Client pays any venue fee separately unless both parties clearly agree otherwise.
How do arrival and completion work?
Arrival check-in opens two hours before the session. Completion opens 15 minutes before the scheduled end and remains available afterward. Both Client and Coach confirm separately.
Where can I see pending requests?
Open Pending to see every booking that is not yet final, separated into actions required from you and items waiting for the other party.
What if I need help?
Use Booking Messages for ordinary coordination. Use the private concern or emergency-cancellation option only when the situation requires AtYours attention.
